Polypeptide reagent TCTU(N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-O-(6-chloro-1h-benzotriazol-1-yl) urea hydrochloride tetrafluoroborate) it is a commonly used activation reagent, which is commonly used in peptide synthesis and protein chemical modification in solid phase synthesis.
